To deepen its reach and develop a pipeline of consistent, qualified sales opportunities across Latin American and Caribbean Countries (LAC), this organization needed a strategic partner who understood the cultural nuances and commercial requirements of the market.

N3 was brought on to help implement an outbound revenue acceleration program for the Spanish speaking market. To ensure tight alignment with the organization, N3 strategically placed its outbound team near the company’s offices in Bogota, Colombia.

Successful Implementation Encourages Expansion

Leveraging an expert tech sales team of native Spanish speakers, N3 deployed a Program Management Office (PMO) framework to standardize processes and management structures. This approach ensured consistency and efficiency in the tele-sales and qualification activities.

After 8 months of outstanding performance, N3 was selected to replace a legacy provider that the Multinational Software Company had worked with for 10+ years. The demand gen program was expanded to include inbound opportunity qualification and real-time chat support for the organization’s website. The program was also expanded to cover all of LAC including Brazil and the Caribbean.

Partnering for Success

As the program expanded, N3 grew the team to a sales force of more than 25 native speakers in Spanish and Portuguese.  In addition to the Colombia office, N3 added an office in Brazil and a team working in the company’s Mexico City office. Ensuring complete coverage for all of LAC, N3 established backup and overflow support from N3’s Costa Rica office.

N3 was named an approved provider, solution partner, and Cloud Acceleration program provider. In additional, N3 was tapped to run the company’s Partner Counselling program in LAC, providing support for Tier 2 and Tier 3 partners.
